YEARLY MEETING COMING UP!!
You should have received your notice of the upcoming yearly Chastain HOA meeting. Look it over and remember, if you want change then you need to show up at the meeting or send someone with your proxy and/or questions! Look over the budget and last year's minutes and be prepared with questions/suggestions.

Would it be okay if we submitted our questions here and sent them in ahead of time as a group? Also, if you look at the agenda, voting for the board is listed before going over the agenda. I think we need to go over the budget first to see if they just rubber stamp what the HOA has or do they actually try to lower it. Also, I want to know out of the things done in the past year (warning letters sent out, a newsletter finally coming out, etc.) what the Board has done, what the HOA did and what other people did. I definitely think we need to go over these things BEFORE voting.
We'd be happy to pull anything together that we receive by 10/20 and e-mail over to the HOA so they can be answered before we vote.
well.....did I miss anything at the yearly meeting/??
or was it rubber stamped like it has been in the past....one reason I quit going....ok call it appathetic
